After working out your custom design with you a total price will be agreed upon not including shipping. Then before the making of your order I will take a 50% deposit of the total price, when the item is complete I'll ask for the remaining 50% of the item. Then if upon receipt of the item you are unhappy with it for any reason you can return it for the cost of the item minus the deposit.
